Ricardo Ramos Pinto
Ricardo Ramos Pinto holds a PhD from Instituto Superior Técnico and currently serves as President of Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas, University of Lisbon (ISCSP-ULisboa), where he is also a Full Professor. Throughout his academic career, he has coordinated and taught numerous undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral courses in the fields of Public Policy Evaluation, Data Analysis, Quantitative Methods, and Evidence-Based Decision-Making.
He is the author of several scientific publications in indexed international journals and has participated in multiple national and international research and consultancy projects related to public policies, governance, digital transformation, and analytical methodologies. His work combines strong methodological expertise with an interdisciplinary approach to public sector innovation, decision-support systems, and the use of data-driven models in policy and management processes.
